Nashira, AKA Shi, is a multi-talented entrepreneur and marketing strategist with a story as vibrant and dynamic as the content she builds. A proud graduate of the University of North Texas with a Bachelor's degree in Merchandising. Shi has always been inspired by the interplay of creativity and business. Her global perspective were shaped by studying abroad in Europe, Asia, and South America, where she immersed herself in diverse business cultures, gaining a rich understanding of international markets and trends.

Shi’s career has been as multifaceted as her talents. As an actress with appearances in productions like Queen of the South, NCIS New Orleans, and more.  She has promoted for Haircare, Skincare, Clothing, and Top beauty brands as a model and content creator, and event promoter.

Nashira has worked with The Jen Marie  Team in various operational, client experience, and marketing capacities for over two years. When she owned and managed an airbnb she fell in love with property management and real estate. 

Now, Shi brings her vast experience, global insights, and creative energy to her marketing and consulting business.  Due to her experience in fashion, acting, modeling, real estate, business, and merchandising she knows the best strategies in front of the camera but also behind the camera.
